AI Automation for Small Business
Use AI as a business asset, not a business strategy.
A written course about deciding what to automate, what to leave alone, and who is responsible when the tool gets it wrong. It is not a prompt pack and it is not a software tutorial series. It is the thinking that comes before either of those.
53 lessons planned, 21 available now · about 5 hours of reading · 7 workbooks · one-time payment · 14 day refund
This course is written, not video
That is a choice, and here is the reasoning.
Why written works better here
- A lesson takes four to seven minutes. You can read one at 10pm without headphones.
- You can search the whole course for the thing you half remember.
- You can highlight it, and your highlights export as a text file.
- When a tool changes, the lesson is corrected the same week. Nothing has to be re-filmed.
Where you still get video
Later modules will include short screen recordings, only where a sequence of clicks has to be shown. Nobody learns a click path from a paragraph.
The plan is for each to run under three minutes. None of them is the lesson. The lesson is the reasoning around it.
Who it is for
Built for you if
- You own a service business with roughly 2 to 20 people
- You already have customers and at least some help, staff or contractors
- You are still involved in the day to day
- You are being sold AI from every direction and want to think clearly about it
Not built for you if
- You do not have a business yet
- You want a prompt library or a list of tools
- You want somebody to set the automations up for you
- You are looking for a course that promises a number
The framework the course is built on
The One80 Triangle. Three sides, diagnosed in order. AI sits on one of them, and most businesses buy AI hoping it will fix a different one.
OWNER
Judgment, authority and execution. Whether the right calls are made, whether you can act on them, and whether they survive a normal Tuesday.
DEMAND
Whether a real market wants what you sell, at your price, delivered in a way you can make money on.
ASSETS
Team, processes, systems, reputation, website, technology. AI belongs here, next to the van.
The One80 Triangle of Success is a business framework. It is not a promise or guarantee of any financial or business result.
Every claim is labelled
Business courses usually blend research, personal anecdote and opinion into one confident voice. That is how people make expensive decisions on somebody else's story. In this course the three are separated, on the page, so you can weigh what you are reading.
I founded a language center. Before building anything I went to the students at the established institutes and asked what was missing. Three things came back from people who did not know each other. I built against all three, and students started leaving the big institutes to come to us. Eight months in, I resigned. The investors put in the money, I did the work, and I did not hold the decision rights.

Who is teaching this
Ahmed Elsayed, MBA. Founder of One80 Consultation LLC, a business, marketing, website and local search company working with small businesses.
He has opened and run businesses in more than one country and more than one culture. Some worked. Some did not. Both kinds show up in this course, labelled as what they are.
What he is not
Not a full-time course seller. Not a keynote speaker. Not an AI researcher. He runs an agency and uses these tools on client work, which is the basis for the course and also its limit.
What is not included
Read this before buying. It is the part most courses leave vague.
- Consulting or business analysis
- Website work, SEO or Google Business Profile management
- Setting up automations for you
- Unlimited email advice
- Private meetings with Ahmed
Course support covers login, billing, access and technical problems with the course itself. If you want somebody to work on your actual business, that is One80 Consultation, and it is a separate conversation.
Price and terms
One-time payment. No subscription, no upsell at checkout, no expiring timer on this page.
Questions
Is this video or written?
Written. Every lesson is a page you read, between two and nine minutes. Short screen recordings appear only where a sequence of clicks has to be shown.
Do I need to already use AI tools?
No. The course starts with business decisions, not software. Tool walkthroughs begin in Module 4.
Does this include help with my business?
No. Course support is login, billing, access and technical issues. Consulting is a separate One80 Consultation service.
What is the refund policy?
Fourteen days from purchase, for any reason. Email and it is processed. The full policy is on the refund policy page.
Is the whole course available now?
Modules 0 to 3 are available at purchase. The rest release on the planned schedule in the curriculum above, which is why the founding price is lower. Dates are plans and can move.
Is this affiliated with Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or Microsoft?
No. One80 Academy is independent. Third-party products are discussed for educational purposes only, and all trademarks belong to their owners.
Can I share the course with my team?
Access is personal and not transferable, and one licence works on up to five of your own devices. Team licences are not available yet. Workbooks carry the name and email of the licence holder.
